BRISTOL VALLEY

Bristol Valley is a residential community located in Heath, TX. We were tasked to create a logo and brand identity system. Some of the considerations we had for this logo was it's a flood plain, natural water feature with marina close by, rural area contemporary notes in landscape architecture.

My concept was to use a crane to represent the water, and the animal population of the area. I wanted the type to house the mark because we were told the clients were apprehensive about having a mark at all and mainly wanted a typeset treatment for signage purposes. I decided to use a modern paper crane look to go with their contemporary architecture style.
